Therapy at Restartt is active, structured, and collaborative. Expect to be challenged, supported, and guided toward lasting change.

Getting started is simple. Begin by scheduling a complimentary 15-minute consultation, where you can share what you’re struggling with and get a feel for Restartt’s active, skills-focused approach. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll be matched with a therapist and offered your first session. From there, treatment is structured around your goals, helping you identify unhelpful beliefs, build emotional regulation skills, and start making meaningful changes right away.
