Our Story
Restartt began as a bold reframe—an invitation to challenge how we think, not just what we feel. Founded by Bryanna Tartt, LCSW, a clinical social worker and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) specialist, Restartt was born from the belief that we disturb ourselves through rigid, unrealistic, and unhelpful beliefs—and that we can unlearn them.
What started as a solo practice soon evolved into a space for transformation, reflection, and radical personal responsibility. The name “Restartt” pays homage to both the power of beginning again and the founder’s last name—a subtle reminder that healing is both universal and deeply personal. Today, Restartt is growing into a collective of like-minded clinicians, all committed to helping people change the way they think to change their lives.
What We Aim For
We aim to empower clients to confront and challenge self-defeating beliefs, emotional disturbances, and unproductive behaviors by learning the skills to emotionally self-regulate—long after therapy ends. Through structured therapy, psychoeducation, and support, we guide individuals in developing tools they can apply every day: at work, in relationships, and within themselves.
Our Vision
to redefine what it means to “start over” by making emotional and behavioral change accessible, measurable, and lasting. We envision a world where people embrace discomfort as a gateway to growth, learn to stop disturbing themselves, and take responsibility for their own happiness without shame.
Our Mission
To provide structured, skills-based therapy rooted in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy that helps individuals, families. and communities develop healthier beliefs, resilient mindsets, and more fulfilling lives. We challenge the culture of avoidance and over-identification with emotion and instead promote accountability, self-acceptance, and cognitive flexibility.
