Hi, I’m Bryanna Tartt, LCSW, CADC — Founder of Restartt
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified alcohol and drug counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals with anxiety, depression, Borderline Personality Disorder and other disorders overcome issues such as self-doubt, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and addiction.
I specialize in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) — a powerful, skills-based approach that helps people challenge the thoughts and beliefs keeping them stuck. I’ve worked with high-achieving professionals, overwhelmed parents, trauma survivors, and people navigating major life transitions — and what I know for sure is this: you don’t need to be “fixed,” you need the right tools and support.
