Sessions With Me
With a goal-oriented approach, I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client by integrating evidence-based strategies grounded in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). My work draws on core REBT principles to help individuals challenge irrational beliefs, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier responses to life’s difficulties. I also incorporate elements from Motivational Interviewing, harm reduction strategies, and mind-body awareness to support lasting change. My practice is deeply influenced by the work of Dr. Albert Ellis and the belief that we disturb ourselves—not events. In our work together, we will uncover your ability to think flexibly, build self-acceptance, and develop new patterns that support your personal growth and goals.
