Meet Bryanna Tartt, LCSW, CADC

Bryanna is a clinician trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based approaches, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), including Rational Emotive Imagery. She specializes in helping adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation, especially when these issues interfere with work, relationships, or self-esteem.

Beyond individual therapy, Bryanna brings her expertise into the professional and corporate space. Under Restartt, she provides training to organizations on:

  • Bryanna earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Loyola University Chicago in 2018, following her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lake Forest College in 2016.

    She has held several civic and professional affiliations. She became an Associate Fellow at the Chicago Institute for Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in 2022. From 2020 to 2022, she served on the Wilbur Wright Addictions Studies Advisory Board. She has also been an annual panel member for ACTIVATE Career since 2017. Her involvement with S.M.A.R.T. includes serving on its advisory board from 2022 to 2025 and joining its board in 2025. In addition, she has been affiliated with the Viktor Frankl organization since 2025.

    Her work has been recognized with the Professional Staff Excellence Award from the Illinois Association of Addiction Professionals in 2019.

  • Bryanna has presented on a range of topics related to substance use and mental health. Her presentations include “Saving Life by Shedding Light: Increasing Awareness of Suicide Among Individuals with Substance Use,” delivered at the Blue Door Neighborhood Center in 2021; “Alcohol 101” in the same year; and “Drug and Alcohol Facts: Maintaining a Harm Reduction Perspective During COVID-19,” also in 2021.

    In her clinical practice, Bryanna integrates multiple evidence-based therapeutic approaches. These include:
