Meet Bryanna Tartt, LCSW, CADC

Founder & Psychotherapist

"I am dedicated in helping clients realize that they are more in control over their emotions and behaviors than they think.” — Bryanna Tartt

Bryanna is a clinician trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Strength-Based approaches, and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), including Rational Emotive Imagery. She specializes in helping adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation, especially when these issues interfere with work, relationships, or self-esteem.

Beyond individual therapy, Bryanna brings her expertise into the professional and corporate space. Under Restartt, she provides training to organizations on:

  • Reducing procrastination

  • Strengthening team communication and emotional regulation

  • Preventing burnout

  • Building resilience and cognitive flexibility within teams

Her commitment to mental health extends far beyond the therapy room. She is an educator, facilitator, and advisor who helps people think better so they can live better.

Therapy tailored to your need

When you work with Bryanna, you receive therapy tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience. You will never receive a generic treatment plan or a prepackaged set of strategies. Instead, you’ll collaborate with her to explore what works best for you.

You will learn practical skills and techniques that you can apply immediately in your everyday life—at work, in relationships, and within yourself. Many clients notice tangible improvements in just a few sessions, and over time, these skills can be reinforced for long-lasting change.

Bryanna’s work is grounded in the belief that you deserve tools that make life feel clearer, more manageable, and grounded, helping you trust yourself even when things are uncertain. Her mission is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed by your emotions and start feeling in control of them.
